A North Carolina native, Tom Davis, inventor of the GRAB program, has lived and worked in the Triangle area over the past 40 years. Tom holds an unpresidented number of wold powerlifting records and local biking records and has been involved in physical fitness since the early 90's. Tom has owned 3 gym's and has personally trained over 1,600 people. He is extremely motavitaing and will help you to acheive the best in yourself.
Tom regularly compets in local, national and world events with incrediable results. From all of this back ground in personal training he has been able to develope a program that can completely ensure your fitness success, the GRAB program. GRAB stands for Guaranteed Results And Benifits. This simple but very effective program will start you on your way to being in the best physical condition of your life.
The GRABB program is truly an innovation in design, precision, organization, and attention to detail for your induvual fitness needs. The company uses a critical path time-line approach to building which means each home uses a complete set of specifications and follows a construction process outline. This construction process outline has been developed personally by Tom over the last 20 years using the knowledge gained from years of experience working in the field.
